Package 3 NDIS $4440

- 12 week Support Service

Our 12 week program is designed to support NDIS participants from beginning to end. Tailored and designed to each individual, starting with a formal assessment, the program is designed to deliver on-going support, including weekly online check-ins with our counselling practitioner.
